To provide secure premium license verification and synchronization services, we collect the following data:
- Email Address: Used as your unique account identifier to verify premium license ownership and handle password recovery.
- Hardware ID (HWID): Device hardware identification details are collected to enforce the limit of 1 active premium session per PC device to prevent license abuse.
3. Local Processing of Media Files
We deeply respect the privacy of your creative work. All audio tracks (music), image assets (backgrounds/logos), lyrics files (LRC), and project files (.bvs) loaded into BSPLabs Visualizer Studio are processed and stored entirely on your local computer.
We do not upload, share, or store your creative content files on our servers. You maintain complete control over your files and exported videos.
4. Secure Transactions & Payments
All subscription payments are securely processed by our licensed payment gateway partner, DOKU. BSPLabs does not store credit card details, bank account numbers, or any payment credentials on our servers. We only receive the final transaction status (success/failed) from DOKU's webhook to automatically activate your premium license.
5. How We Use Information
The account data we collect is only used to:
- Verify your premium license status when opening the application.
- Secure your account against unauthorized access.
- Send password reset codes to your email upon your explicit request.
